Unlike the two-door Jeep Wrangler, the Wrangler Unlimited can seat three passengers in the rear, raising the maximum seating level to five. However, the shoulder room is not ideal, so three people with wide shoulders in the back will feel cramped. Legroom is more acceptable than growing. Fortunately, the roof removal option frees up unlimited headroom. Similarly, removable doors make getting inside easier, although the Wrangler’s high position means that the grip handles are important. At the front are more comfortable seats than the rear bench. The cheaper models come with cloth upholstery, but all models have an adjustable driver’s seat with two lumbar support. The upper bouts featured two cutaways for easier access to the higher frets. Interior colors vary by cut, with High Altitude incorporating caramel texture.
Whichever engine you choose, the four-wheel-drive comes out as standard in all Wrangler Unlimited. Most Wranglers come standard with a standard 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine, which produces 285 power and 260 lb-ft of torque. It comes with a six-speed manual gearbox. Upgrading to an eight-speed automatic transmission, you will need to upgrade the V6 with a Jeep system of eTorque mild-hybrid, which helps with smooth shifts and improved stop/start operation. Other models get a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with 270 hp and 295 lb of torque, coupled with an 8-speed automatic.
